Change of Plans

If you have registered for the Oceanstrends 2018 and cannot attend, kindly inform Ms. Maia Brindley Nilsson via conferences@wmu.se as soon as possible. A full refund may be given if notification of cancellation is received by 29 July. Refunds are not available after this date. Read more about Change of Plans

How can WMU support my Visa application?

WMU will prepare a letter supporting your visa application once your registration is confirmed.

Is Sweden part of the Schengen Agreement?

Yes, Sweden is part of the Schengen Agreement

Is WIFI available at the venue?

Yes, access to wireless Internet is available at the venue.

List of participants

A list of participants (without email addresses) will be available at the event.

Transfer of ownership of registration

Please inform Ms. Maia Brindley Nilsson via conferences@wmu.se should you wish to transfer your registration to another individual. Please include your details as well as the details of the person who will be attending in your place. Such requests should be made at least 10 working days prior to the event.
